Review: Briefbox

September 16, 2017

First off, hello internet!

Welcome to my new website and my first blog post! Check back weekly for updates and new content, as I plan to make this a regular thing. Anywho, on with the post!

One of the Best Design Resources

I recently signed up for a new website, Briefbox, and have been working on my first project. For those of you who don’t know - Briefbox is a website created by designers, for designers. It offers hundreds of mock-project briefs for designers to practice and continue to develop their skills. Users can access limited briefs for free or gain access to the full library with a membership. Members can also post their designs to the community and receive feedback from other users, including professional mentors. It’s a growing community, and the team continues to update briefs and add new content on a regular basis.

I was super excited when I found this site; I am not the most skilled at thinking of briefs for personal projects that reflect real client work. It’s great for portfolio building or for slow times between freelance projects. I’ll stop raving, but check it out if you’re interested in learning more. [link]

And that’s all I have at the moment. I am currently in the process of creating the app assets, screen templates, and developing a mock-up of the app. Check back soon for more updates!
